This is me, Catalina.
Many of you already know me, but for those who don’t, I’d love to share a little bit about how my baking journey began.
Baking has always been part of my life-it runs in the family. Growing up in Romania, food was never just about eating; it was about gathering, celebrating, and creating memories around the table.
I was surrounded by strong, passionate women who loved baking, and their love for it naturally became part of me.
About five years ago, I began baking cakes for friends and family. What started as a simple joy quickly grew into something much bigger. With their encouragement, kind words, and endless support, I decided to turn my passion into a small business, right from my own kitchen.
Since then, every cake I make carries a piece of my story-my roots, my creativity, and my love for making people smile. I’m constantly learning, experimenting, and growing, because I believe there’s always something new to discover in baking.

Behind every cake I make, there’s a real moment:
A bride’s nervous excitement. A mum celebrating her child’s first birthday. A quiet “thank you” turned into chocolate and cream. These aren’t just desserts — they’re edible emotions.
Whether it’s a minimalist, modern design or a vibrant showstopper, I pour love, patience, and precision into every layer. I don’t cut corners, and I don’t mass-produce. Everything is made to order, fresh and personal.

I don’t believe in shortcuts — not in life, and definitely not in cake.
Every ingredient I use is carefully chosen: from free-range eggs and real butter, to high-quality belgian chocolate, fresh fruit, and natural flavours. I bake like I would for my own family — because often, I am.
