At Layers by Kat, every product is made from scratch using natural, carefully selected ingredients. My baking is inspired by French patisserie recipes, with a focus on flavour, texture, and balance — not just looks.

I use:

  • Free-range eggs

  • Natural creams and butters

  • Premium Belgian chocolate

  • No artificial flavours or preservatives

  • No sugar paste or fondant – ever

⚠️ Allergen Information

While I do offer cakes that can be made without certain ingredients, all items are made in a home kitchen where gluten, dairy, eggs, nuts, and soy are present.

Because of this, I cannot guarantee the absence of cross-contamination, and I do not offer certified allergen-free cakes.
